Smart Lahore is an application where Government appointed people will signup with their authorized Phone number and CNIC number and then can launch a complaint of selected department for certain area. Complaints can be launched under WASA, LWMC and CDGL. User can take a picture and add comments and it will assigned to the concerned person. When resolver will resolve the complaint, user will have the status, resolved. Then user can verify the resolved complaint and give feedback.
